is the best way to reduce our extra fat from our body ,
it is workout or exercise and a healthy diet.In this blog we

NUTRITION DIET
For maintain your body we have to need eat food with full of
nutrients. It helps us to maintain our body structure with healthy diet, we add
nutrients in our daily routine diet. Like broccoli ,cauliflower,green
vegetables including spinach etc. We also need to drink water 8 to 12 cups
daily.
Tips for weight lifting/ loose in one month
We have to eat food which have proteins ,vitamins, minerals
etc, protein diet plans includes panner ,milk ,chana or white meat.Vitamins and
minerals including nut,leafs and fruits. It is important to eat fibre in our
diet a person needs at least 15-16 gm of fibre every day, it helps in our
digestion and heart health.
AVOID JUNK FOOD
We have come to know that junk food have high calories
amount and it have not many nutrients in
them, which is not good for our health. So for reducing
weight make sure that can’t eat junk
food. Junk food gives us a lot of problems related to
heart,liver,eyes and brain. Junk foods satisfied
our taste but leave a harmful effect on our body for a long
time. It stops our physical growth and
we can’t do any work with full of energy. It also gives the
problem related to our skin like allergy,
pimples on face etc.
EXERCISE OR WORKOUT
Exercise plays an important role in our life. If we start
exercise in a daily routine we protect our body
from diseases. It helps to maintain our physical fitness. We
have to do yog and exercise for losing fat
of our body. Walking and running is also part of exercise.
After eating any kind of food we have to walk at least 100 steps , it helps to
digest our food and not makes the fat on the body. Dancing , swimming, jogging
and playing also helps to remove our fat. It makes our muscles strong and feel
easier to do any work like getting up on the chair ,climbing
stairs and carrying groceries. After doing
exercise in morning we feel so smooth and moving body , it
gives us a happy and healthy starting of
our day.
