that stress is a common health issue for everyone. Due to this we meet so many
types of
problems/diseases. This is an unavoidable impact in our busy lives. We will

it cause us
mentally, emotionally and physically also. We daily pass out so many things
that
leaves a
stress/anxiety on us. Lets we discuss few tips which helps to reduce stress and
feel
you happy in busy life.
SOME WAYS TO PREVENT STRESS
Rest and relaxation
Rest plays a
important role in your life. It is equally important like work so you have to
take rest proper. You have to take a 6 to 8 hour sleep in night it helps to
reduce stress and gave you energy to do your work with a fresh mind. You have
to need try relaxation activities such as meditation, breathing exercise and muscle
relaxation. Get 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
Eat healthy
A healthy
diet also helps to reduce some amount of stress. You need to add some fresh
fruits and vegetables to eat in your daily schedule. You have to avoid junk
foods and eat house making things. You have to eat mindfully according to your
hunger.
Keep a positive attitude
Whether you
know that some events that you cannot control so accept them. Keep your sense
of humour. Do something that you enjoy every day. Here, are ‘’5A;s’’ in order
to deal with stress and anxiety. The A;s stand for AVOID,ALTER,ACCEPT,ADAPT and
ASSERT. These gives you a positive attitude towards your behaviour and work.
Set aside your leisure time
1. In your leisure time do activities that you like.
2. Spend time with your elders and
children.
3. Give time to exercises and meditation.
4. Laughing is good for decrease stress.
