large skeletal muscles.
And Mental Health describes as good mental health allows people to cope with emotional
demands of
everyday life.

THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE ON MENTAL HEALTH
· Reduced risk of Depression – Exercise can help to improve your mood and reduce depression and anxiety. When you exercise your brain releases endorphins which can help to calm you down.
· Positive Attitude – By exercising you are improving your health and body image and therefore will start to have a more positive attitude. It leads to more positive social interactions which in turn relates to your positive relations with others.
· Self Acceptance – Exercise can improve self acceptance by giving an individual a more positive view about themselves. As you become faster, filter and stronger you start to improve your confidence.
· Autonomy – Exercise can increase your autonomy by making you feel as though as you have more confidence in decisions in which you make. It helps to improve cognitive functioning including decision making and learning.
